I am looking at Configuring SMS gateway through the CPPM GUI, using our own SMS Gateway appliance.

Are there any user guides specifically for this set up?

What provider are you using? Does it have a web API?

I don't believe there is a separate doc for this feature.

Thanks for getting back to me.

We are in the UK using a Teles (I believe it is i-gate) SMS gateway with O2 sims.

According to our SMS Gatewat provider there is no API.

Should the CPPM communicate direcly with our Gateway or should CPPM send and SMTP to our exchange server, which inturn send a SMTP to the gateway?

(We have it working via our MS Exchange server to SMS) But I cannot get the CPPM to communicate with it...

Hello Community.  I have not logged on for a very long time after moving jobs.   Can anyone tell me where I begin a new topic? Ask a new question?
