    Hello!

     

    We are experiencing problems with editing the custom captive portal. We have changed and saved the text and logo, the changes are still not implemented after 24 hours. had contact with Aruba on October 30 that indicated that this should be resolved in the next update. But still experience the same problem.

    Does anyone know the solution?

    Hi,

    please share a few more information:

     

    - Which version
    - What kind of captive portal ? Self Reg ? And there: Which page: Login/Registration ? Or the Terms of usage ?
    - What has been changed ? On which page ?
    - Where was it adapted ?
    - Has the template been adapted --> Galleria Skin ?
    - Have the logos been uploaded to the Public Folder ?

     

    I hope the questions help to narrow down the problem.
