DHCP Profiler issue

I have a clearpass cluster that has been in place for years. Just recently noticed I'm not seeing devices being profiled via DHCP relay. I verified that I have a helper address pointed at clearpass. I did a packet capture on cppm and verified that it is receiving the dhcp request and response however the device never shows up. I'm running 6.7.5 and made sure that Master Server in zone is set. Is it possilbe to restart the dhcp snooping service? Any other suggestions before I call TAC?

You can try to restart the Async Network Services. If that does or doesn't help, I would upgrade to a later release as there are known vulnerabilities in 6.7.5, which does a full system restart.
And you can contact TAC as well to investigate. If you found an unknown issue with the product, that that can be fixed.
