Deleting CPPM Dictionaries

I tried to import a new dictionary for a device that wasn't included in the default dictionaries for RADIUS (Riverbed Cascade), and I did it wrong, but I cannot delete the dictionary nor can I update it by changing some code on the XML file. It keeps erroring out saying the dictionary or vendor exists.
How can I delete the dictionary completely from CPPM so that I can start over?

As a side note, the configuration I am trying to put in for Riverbed Cascade will not work. Keeps saying "Class" already exists, but I need this for Riverbed and it has to be a "String" value, not "Octet" like it is defined in IETF. Any ideas?
