Quick question, does onboarding a device use up an enterprise license? If you just use cppm to  generate a client and manually upload it to the client device, when used does that take up an enterprise license?

Just checking as I've TLS'd onto our network via my cppm dev server with 3 devices, 2 used the onboarding functionality while the 3rd used a manually generated certificate. Looking at the policy manager/licenses screen, There appear to be 3 enterprise licenses used
