Double auth when using a token server

I'm seeing issues with double authentications in a tacacs service when using a token server (RSA in this cause) as an auth source. The two authentications arive within 2 seconds of each other. The first authentication succeeds as expected, but the second one fails due to the token server seeing it as token re-use. I've seen similar behaviour on a radius service as well.

Has anyone seen seen similar? If so, what have you done to resolve it if anything?

Update: Something I didn't notice previously. When using radius, the second authentication shows it's using an OuterMethod of PROXY where as the first authentication is using an OuterMethod of PAP.

I am seeing the same issue. Have you been able to resolve this?
