Endpoint Context Servers - More info from Poll Status

Hi, 

We have set up a poll vs Google Admin Console to get all info about our Chromebooks synced to Clearpass so we can stop the students from connecting private devices. The problem is that quite a lot of devices doesn't get synced. The devices are present in the Google Admin Console, but somehow they are "invalid". (See screenshot)

 

Is it possible to get more detailed info/logs from the poll? I would like to know which devices that are invalid and why.

Unfortunately, no. TAC can assist by looking at the logs.

Download logs from the publisher and be sure to include "Logs from all Policy Manager services" . You'll find additional logs in `PolicyManagerLogs/async-netd/` in the mdm files.
