What versions of software are you running and what client did you get this error on?
My Clearpass version is 6.0.1.46054. This error appear when my client want to authentication using onboard,my client using windows 7 on his laptop.
Do any of the other clients like android work?
Other device also appear same error went authenticate using onboarding.I already restart some service like radius service in CPPM,but still appear this error.Do I need to update new patches for clearpass?
I would say, try restarting the whole server, if you did not. If that does not work, you will have to open a support case.
