Forgot password of user in internal database

I forgot the password to a user in the internal user database and am looking to recover it.  I am aware of how to disable encryption of the running configuration from the CLI, however I do not see the password stored in the configuration.  I use this account for IPSec authentication for Remote APs.  I could create a new user and password for new RAPs however it would be more consistent if I could recover this password.  Does anyone know how to recover the password of an account in the internal database?

    Thanks
