Guest MAC Caching not working

    Hi all,

     

    Recently setup Clearpass Guest access with MAC Caching.

     

    All working well except for the MAC Caching. After a few hours of testing on my iPhone and iPad over the course of 1-3 days, I find after about 4 or 5 hours, I get the captive portal pop up again for authentication.

     

    I used the initial wizard with mac caching so would have expected caching to work as I can see the MAC Caching services have been created also and are set as a higher priority than the default guest service.

     

    Any sugguestions? Nothing obvious I can see in the Event Monitor unless im missing something really basic.

    Can you please share your service for Mac auth (Role mapping / Enforcement policies) ?
