I am very new to Aruba's UI and have spent an hour + digging around trying to find out where and how the guest profile is blocking iPad mail.  Any and all help is much appreciated.   There is a previous post about the topic but the reply isn't much of a solution for a newbie.

    TIA

Is this your company mail or ALL mail?  Is it sending, or receiving mail?  Is the mail server an exchange server, and Imap server or pop server?

All mail configured on iPad mail app.  It sound like a port issue.

    Hi,

All u need to do is to add the following ports to the guest access role.

      POP3 - port 110
      IMAP - port 143
      SMTP - port 25
      HTTP - port 80
Secure SMTP (SSMTP) - port 465
      Secure IMAP (IMAP4-SSL) - port 585
      IMAP4 over SSL (IMAPS) - port 993
      Secure POP3 (SSL-POP) - port 995

**Guest user role - dosent contain thoese ports by default**

The Yellow ones - i found out , they needed for GMAIL/and even IMAP over iPAD.

    No joy

Added pop3 tcp 110, IMAP tcp 143, Secure SMTP tcp 465, Secure IMAP tcp 585, IMAP over SSL tcp 993, Secure pop3 tcp 995 and HTTP tcp 80.  All are any/any and permit. Applied and Saved Config.

If no one has any other ideas I'll have to config kiwi and start capturing FW logs.

    TIA
