Guest Self-Registration limit

    Hi,

     

    Can I set on ClearPass Guest Self-Registration portal to limit maximum registration number per hour/day?

    For example there are many funny users who connect to Wifi and try to register many times so they are spamming the sponsors.

     

    Is there any solution in ClearPass regarding this case?

    If you disable the field auto_update_account this should prevent the user from just recreating over and over again.  It will throw an error along the lines of 'this account is already in use'.  I've not tested this with sponsorship confirmation though.
