    guest take ip correctly and access internet without Captive portal redirect

    version 6.5

    dhcp pool in controller

    What role are the users assigned?

    What policies and rules are in that role?

    Is the captive portal profile assigned to the role?

    how i know the initail role and defult role to spacific AAA profile

    and what deffernce between them

    show aaa profile <profilename> (from CLI)

     

    Initial role is what is assigned immediately upon connection.

    Default role is what is assigned upon authentication, if a different role is not otherwise derived.

     

    For captive portal, use the "initial role" parameter in the AAA profile.
