Guest registration is not currently enabled

    CPPM has been updated from 6.6.1 to 6.6.4 build 91777.

     

    Now I'm unable to reach self service portal - it is saying that "Guest registration is not currently enabled." despite it is enabled. Does anybody knows what can be done with this? Guest portal is working though only self registration..

    Thanks for quick reply, since I'm outsourcing a client, can you provide me steps-  what shal I do to open a TAC case?

    I have found "Case opening guidelines" but haven't find a point where I have to create it.
