    Hi,

A hotel wants to use the room number of their guests as the password (as it is using it now with Nomadix).

The already have the CPPM integrated with the PMS and is working fine. But because the system generates a random password the customer feels it´s kind of disruptive for their guests. They also agree to use the email as the username instead of the LastName.

Anyone knows how can we use the room number as the guest password...????

Which PMS are you integrating with? If you use a SQL Authentication source in your integration, you can probably change it to use the room number instead of the password as the password field.

Are you currently using the Guest Self Registration portal where accounts are automatically created when a guest wants to access the internet?

ex. Guest wants to access the internet, they click on wifi and dont have a username / password already provided. They get to captive portal and are asked to register for an account. Upon completing they may enter their email and random password is generated?
