HP UWW integration question

    Hi all,

     

    Another ClearPass question, in hope that someone has done HP Unified/CPPM integration.

     

    In integration guide Captive Portal page is being accessible only on isolated (serving only CP) VLAN. Only after successful authentication, device is placed in VLAN with internet access.

     

    My question is, if there is a way of avoiding "CP only VLAN" design, and follow standard Aruba setup where client device gets IP address, access CP, and authenticate on one VLAN? Thanks in advance.

    Unfortunately, no. This is a limitation of the UWW platform.
