Health status healthy but cant get Internet access

    Hello,

    Im trying to connect to my schools Internet but it will not give me Internet access.

     

    However ClearPass OnGuard is giving me Healt Status: Healthy.

     

    Software: ClearPass OnGuard 6.7.4.107401
    Windows 10 64-bit


    What can I do now to get the Internet access?

    In access tracker,does client got proper enforcement proifle? If user got authenticated and got proper role then you need to check the issue on controller's role ACLs.
