    How can I save the password in Captive Portal Web Authentication?

     

    Everyday I have to Authentication on the webside.

    There is no way to save the password (unless your browser has an auto fill
    add-in). The alternate solution would be to use ClearPass' MAC caching
    feature which will bypass the captive portal for a defined time before
    requiring reauthentication.

    But the longest time only 4.5 hours

    Do you have ClearPass? You can get around the 4.5 hour limitation with the
    MAC caching feature.

    My  ClearPass version is ClearPass Policy Manager 6.0.1.46054

    The "Guest MAC authentication" service template in CPPM (Configuration >
    Service Templates) will guide you and create the appropriate service
    entries.

    You'll need to update to at least 6.1.
