Currently I can permanently block them individually on each controller by:

    config t

    ap ap-blacklist-time 0

    stm add-blacklist-client 34:d2:70:93:XX:XX

    write memory

I have 400 MAC's to block on each controller. Is there a script or way to import them?

    Much appreciated

That is the quickest way to do that, unless you put the commands and mac addresses into a spreadshet and cut and paste the commands from there.
