Do you have access to the UI?
If you have admin access to the WEBGUI you can reset the cluster password, if you loose both admin and appadmin you need help from TAC support to solve this.

moving forward from 6.6, if TAC intervention is required, it will affect most partners as demo units typically do not have running support.
