How to modify guest web login page

    My managment has asked me if there is a way to move the log in from between the header and footer to the top of the header under the logo how would I do that? Right now the header has the links to register for guest wireless when a user is connect with a small device such as an Iphone they don't know to scroll the page down to log in they keep clicking on the registration links.

    Move everything you want below the login section to the footer.
