    Hi friends,

I want to print many username and password guest accounts from receptionist view just doing only one click but I can't do it at this moment. The only possibility is printing one by one, as you can see in the attached images (guest portal screenshots), which it isn't an option to this role because usually there are a lot of people in front of them claiming and waiting for their credentials.

Does anyone know how to do this? In lack of that unless a suggestion to look into.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

ClearPass supports multiple accounts print, immediately after the accounts creation or  after editing the accounts.

It looks like you are creating bulk accounts, you can either print ths accounts in one click at the time of creation or select multiple accounts that need to be printed under "Manage Multiple Accounts" and make a simple edit and Print the accounts together.

You may need to allow access to  "Manage Mulitple Accounts" for the Receptionist operator under Administration >> Operator Logins >> Profiles >> Receptionist >> Edit Multiple Guest Accounts.
