    Dear Experts,

Note: we are using Instant local captive portal in this case, no clearpass etc.

One of our clients has uploaded a wildcard public certificate (digicert) on IAP for CP. Now when we are browsing from Laptops, there is no issue. But when we browse from Android devices (didnt check on IOS yet) we get the attached message. Is this normal? also just a few queries if someone can shed some light

    1) Is the attached message normal? anyway to get rid of this warning?

    2) Why it redirects to captive.apple.com/generate when launching the captive portal page?

Are the intermediate certificates uploaded to the IAP? Can you share the output of the following command? Execute this from even Windows/Linux based system.

    openssl s_client -connect captiveportal-login.xyz.com:443

Where do you see the URL captive.apple.com/generate? Normally iOS based devices uses this URL.
