    A sponsor gets this error when she tries to accept Guset Wifi requests from users

    This error appears when there is no guest account associated with the registration token.

    Either the guest account is being created correctly or the sponsor email is not showing the correct token.

    You can check the registration token from the Manage Accounts section by displaying the details of the guest account.
