Is OnBoard license required for Intune integration

    Hi,

    We are planning to deploy Microsoft Intune MDM solution and if we want to integrate with ClearPass, Is an Onboard license required?

     

    Please suggest.

    No. Third party MDM integration can be used without the use of OnBoard licensing. OnBoard licensing gets used if you need to use the OnBoard portion of Guest, to deploy certificates, wireless settings, etc...

    Onboard would be required for any devices that are not fully MDM managed by Intune, assuming you're using a cloud identity provider.
