    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone have any experience with using Juniper/Trapeze WLC with Aruba Clear Pass Guest captive portal?

    We followed the KB article on the Juniper website;

    https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB32116&cat=PRODUCT&actp=LIST&showDraft=false

    We're seeing the WebAuth take place with an accept in the access tracker however the guest client is directed back to the registration form as opposed to being accepted and allowed access.

    Following this we see an additional entry in access tracker with MAC Authentication failing on the following error;

    Error Code: 209
    Error Category: Authentication failure
    Error Message: No password in request

    RADIUS MAC-AUTH: Password in request doesn't match username. Not attempting MAC authentication
    Cannot select appropriate authentication method

    Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Yes, I read that on the forum elsewhere.

    Our Juniper service inlcudes EAP MD5 as an Authentication Method.

    Yes, I saw that also, I have imported the XML file as an authentication method, here's whats on our service;

    Authentication Sources:
    1. Juniper MAC Auth [Generic SQL DB]
    2. [Guest User Repository] [Local SQL DB]
    3. [Guest Device Repository] [Local SQL DB]
    4. [Endpoints Repository] [Local SQL DB]

    Unfortunately this didn't seem to make any difference.

    Please work with Aruba TAC as it looks like it is a small detail that prevents your solution form working.
