    Hi guys,

How licensing count can be view in CCPM? I have currently a client connected to the guest network, so 1 guest license should be used. But if a see the page Administration » Server Manager » Licensing I see 0 guest licenses used:

Is this correct or is there any other page where to view this information?

    Regards,

    Julián

    Hi Tim,

Good link, but it basically explains how licensing works in CPPM. My question is toward another aspect. The link have the below picture:

    linklicensecount.PNG

It shows non-zero values for both Policy Manager and Guest licenses. In my case it shows zero for both licenses even when I have some clients connected to the corporate network and some to the guest network. Could it be because I am using the CP-SW-EVAL license for my ClearPass?

    Regards,

    Julián

Licensing is calculated once per day. How long have they been connected?

Yes, that should be the cause, because the clients have been connected for less than one day. I will try to see the license count after they are being connected for more than one day. Thanks!
