I have a captive portal on clearpass with self-registration. After guest registration, the expire_time parameter, shown in the User Repository, is correctly set for my timezone. Upon guest login, the expire_time is copied to the endpoint attribute: MAC-Auth Expiry as part of the Enforcement Policy. However, when I look at the endpoint attributes, MAC-Auth Expiry is showing the equivalent UTC time (i.e. +5 hours). The expire_time prameter remains unchanged. The clock time and timezone are correct. I would appreciate any help understanding why the MAC-Auth Expiry attributed changed and how to stop it.
