Mac os 10.8.5 QuickConnect profile problem

    I am experiencing issues using QuickConnect on Mac devices. The problem is all os versions I have tested 10.5-10.8.5. They end while trying to install the QC package. Initially I was getting a java error (java.lang.UnscriptedClassVersionError:bad version number in .class file). Java was updated and now it seems to stick while trying to install the deployment package. Mobile Apple devices are able to sail right thru the deployment process. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    I would ask that you open a TAC case to troubleshoot the issue. I haven't seen any issues with other customers and 10.8.5.

     

    I know there additional support added in 6.2.3 patch comming out soon for 10.9.
