What exactly are you trying to import?

You can't IMPORT any DB into CPPM, but you can make calls to read from an off-box SQL DB and use it as say an auth source.

If you are just trying to import a list of MAC addresses into a white list, you would need to export the data from MySQL as a CSV, then convert it to XML. Take a look at the format by creating a test white list in CPPM with some random MAC addresses, then export the white list. Then you can modify that XML file with the appropriate name and MAC address entries.

Same goes for the local user repository if you are wanting to import local user accounts.
