Maybe I'm going crazy here but since our upgrade from ClearPass 6.2 to 6.3.0.29563 we are no longer getting the CNA for any of the IOS devices.

I haven't changed the firewall rules at all on the Aruba and do not allow anything to get to apple.com websites.  The Andriod devices still prompt correctly.

I've tried checking 'Prevent CNA' just to see but it acts the same.

    Any ideas?

Can you try adding "landing.php" to the URL?

    For example:

    https://clearpass/guest/landing.php/guest_reg.php

Can you also send over a screen shot of the captive portal profile from the controller?

It looks like I do have the landing.php already in there.

I actually had to remove the "landing.php".

I should have tried that right away when you mentioned it - works again now.

    Thanks.
