    Check if TCP 6658 is open between the client and server

    port TCP 6658 is already opened, also, sometimes on guard some times working and others not working

    Is your client authenticated in a vlan where there is network connectivity to clearpass? Can you ping your clearpass server?
    Is there a firewall in between? Can you check if there is traffic blocked?

    ping reply , and the user in the same vlan , also no firewall issue
