OnGuard Install Issue

    We have been having problems with installing OnGuard on systems that have Webroot AV installed on them. Trying to install in safe mode and disabling Webroot hasn't helped to get it to install on those systems. We cannot just uninstall Webroot from the systems. Any work around for this issue? We are using Agent Version 6.6.5.93747.

    Best to open a TAC case for something like this.
