I have two netdestinations configured to bypass android captive portal and allow access to google play store to download Quickconnect app in process to onboard.

both the netdestinations are added to whitelist under captive portal profile.

But android captive portal pops up on connecting to Guest SSID with onboard provisioning link and also in middle of Quickconnect installtion process.

2 name 0.0.0.9 connectivitycheck.gstatic.com
