Onguard Client "unknown status" issue

    Hi guys,

     

    right know I'm sitting at a customer and we implemented Onguard. Everything is working fine but we are facing a problem with the Windows agent. 

    After the client is collecting the system information it states for a short time the right client information (e.g. "HEALTHY" or "UNHEALTHY") with the right colour code. After a short time the agent show only the message "UNKNOWN STATUS".

    The Mac agent works fine. 

    The only workaround I found is to restart the clearpass agent service. After this the client states the right status until the it's changed again.

     

    Does anyone have the same problem?

    Hi,

     

    Is the user's PC installed with OnGuard Agent a network environment that allows external network or DNS query?

     

    It may be a different problem, but if you try to connect a CRL server on the internet when OnGuard Agent is running and there is no internet connection, there may be a delay in checking.
