Hello We have a requirement ,
When an existing user wants to reimage the computer , user opens a Ticket on IT Service Portal ,
Is it possible via API to integrate IT service Portal with Static Host List on Clearpass . so that when user open a Ticket and put mac address in the Ticket , it will get added to SHL on PXE Service rule on Clearpass.
Basically we want to remove manual intervention from IT helpdesk
Does anyone has any experience with same ?
