    Hi, hope someone can help me out here.

     

    I am trying to get all my staff in my company to be on-boarded to Aruba Clearpass Onboard.

    However, i am having issues with Android 4.1 and HTC devices.

     

    Basically, after keying in ADID and password on Aruba quickconnect, 4.1 and HTC devices will prompt me to enter a name for the certificate.

    After entering a name, the provisioning will fail after trying for about 5 mins.

     

    This doesn't happen in 4.2 and above devices as they would just ask me to access the certificate (with a name) and carry on with the provisioning.

     

    Can someone help me?

    I believe on the older devices you need to enter 1234

    Hi 

     

    I don't think its the password to unzip the certificate.

    Just that the phone will prompt me for the name of the certificate and then doesn't connect at all.

     

    On clearpass, it shows that the phone is provisioned correctly.

    Can you please open a TAC case. There was a new app published to the Google store since 6.3 was released and I want to make sure there isn't any issues.
