    Hi there,

     

    I`m facing problem with Onboarding on my Clearpass 6.7.5 while trying to install Onguard Agent on clients. In our Configuration Profile we`ve got "App Set" with Onguard agent installer. While provisioning Windows hosts (both 7 and 10) QuickConnect fails while trying to run agent installer. It fails with "Windows cannot find 'app_0.exe'" warning.

     

    As for me it looks like installer is not getting administrative privilidges (although I start QuickConnect "as administrator"). I`ve tried to disable anti-virus software as well. Here what may be found in logs:

     

    08:30:33,951 [main] DEBUG Quick1X.Util - Launching installer app_0.exe
    08:30:35,745 [main] ERROR Quick1X.Util - Error: ShellExecuteEx failed 2

     

    I attach more lines in file. Has anyone issued such problem? Help needed.
