    Hi All,

     

    I wonder if you could take a gander at this....

     

    Controller AOS Version: 6.3.1.5
    CPPM Version: 6.3.0.60537

     

    RADIUS COA for Wireless .1Xi s failing with the following message in Clearpass access tracker.

    My aaa profile is setup with the correct IP details for the RFC 3576 server:

    My controller is setup to do COA on Clearpass..

    When I check the RFC 3576 server stats on the controller I can see the packets recieved AND the No Session ID increment.

    Any ideas before I log this with TAC?

    Nevermind...


    Someone had moved our DHCP server and not told me. Updating IP Helper addresses on the controller VLANs resolved this.
