Reset Captive Portal Admin Login

    Hi,

     

    my admin login to the captive Portal (Clearpass Guest) does not work anymore. The last time I used it is about half a year ago. A user login as  receptionist ist still working but I have to change some config items.

     

    I did not find a possibility to change the password via cli and the Policy Manager admin login does not work. Is there any other possibility to reset the password?

    Can you login to Policy Manager and Click the link for ClearPass Guest?

    thanks for your answer.

     

    I changed the appadmin password months ago away from the default password und login to Clearpass Policy Manager works. But I can‘t login to guest-portal. Maybe I did not understand the concept of login. Where can I administrate the guest portal? So that there is only a standard user login to the guest portal?

    Log in to Policy Manager and then click the Guest link on the dashboard.
