Our default CPPM config has our Airwave server defined as an external server. For our network team this is just fine, so whenever we look at authentications from our eduroam network. we can quickly leap over to airwave to look at the wireless side of things.

We're about to allow our helpdesk staff to access CPPM as Helpdesk Users which lets them look at the auth logs in CPPM......

Unfortunately when they open up an authentication session they also get the airwave link .... which logs them onto airwave as admin ... not something we really want them to do. We could (I guess) change the airwave account to be a CPPM "read-only" one, but that's not really what we want for network staff.

Any suggestions as to how to either disable access to airwave from CPPM for helpdesk users or log on as a different user if you are a gelpdesk user

    Rgds

As of right now, the configuration is static; all or nothing. I always recommend the credentials used for Open in AirWave be read-only admin.
