SSL Certificate Install on Aruba IAP

Hello. I was receiving certificate errors when I tried to log in to a guest network on my IAP/ClearPass so I purchased a SSL Certificate from a Certificate Authority. However, when I try to install it on my IAP (using the "Maintenance" link), it asks for a passphrase, which wasn't generated by the certificate authority. I have read here: https://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-less-WLANs/How-to-Create-a-Certificate-for-Instant-Captive-Portal-using/ta-p/277025 that I may need to download and install OpenSSL? Is this true? If so, which openssl is recommended? Do I install it on my windows box that I downloaded the cert to or to the IAP? And how do I configure openSSL? Or is there a simpler way of accomplishing this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: SSL Certificate Install on Aruba IAP

If you’re on Windows, you can generate a key pair and CSR using a tool like the DigiCert Certificate Utility.
