I set up some security questions with a drop drown on the securities question field. I use this field within the self registration section when a user wants to reset a password. Upon testing this I am able to select from the questions (user sees the drop down and questions) but when the user goes back in (say if they forgot their password) I am seeing the "key" used to set up the drop down instead of the "value" the question.

Any idea how to force this to show the user the value/question instead of just a number/key like 1?

You need to use the plain english name in the options list rather than the key 1.

    So instead of
1 | What city where you born in?
2 | What was the first car you owned?

    You use
What city where you born in ? | What city where you born in?
What was the first car you owned? | What was the first car you owned?
