    Hi:

I'm trying to get username information sent from Clearpass to display in my Palo Alto firewall.

    I'm following this document:

    http://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/pso/TechNote_ArubaAndPaloAltoNetworksIntegration.pdf

but have been unsuccessful so far.

Using Palo Alto 6.16 and CPPM 6.52

Has anyone gotten this to work and have any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Tony

    Hi Tony,

We have literally dozens of customers utilizing the integration between CPPM & PAN. For people that have followed my guide [hope it helped] I normally ask people to ensure that they are seeing Accounting Information for an authenticated user session. Either look in Access-Tracker on a session and ensure you have an accounting tab or look under the Accounting option under monitoring to check if your authN sessions also have accounting data?
