I am looking for some sort of package that we could use to automatically configure clients personal laptop running anything from xp-7 to enable them to use our wireless. We would need to deploy a certificate to their laptop in this same process. Anyone out there have something they are using they may fit the bill. $$$$ always an issue.

    Thanks for any help

We use a customized version of the SU1X tool.

I have been looking at this tool and it looks to do what we need. I haven't been able to get it to work as of yet. Two questions you may be able to answer. When you export the Wireless Profile the utility tells you to rename the exported profiles but what is the proper naming for these.

    Thanks For the help

I'm not sure what the documented way is, but I did:

    SSID_WPA2_vista_0.xml

    SSID_WPA2_win7_0.xml

    SSID_WPA2_win8_0.xml

    SSID_WPA2_xp_0.xml

    Works great.

It would appear that the SU1X utility has issue with the _ in my SSID names. Oh my creates a major problem for me. Oh well

I have made contact with author of SU1X and he is going to update to allow for _ in SSID names. What a Guy.
