    Hi Guys,

Just wanted to ask if you know if a guest password can be presented to the sponsor approver when they are approving the guest account.

So here is the flow of how guest authenticates:

using sponsorship work flow. So is the flow correct:

    1. Guest user registers on registration page and specifies sponsor email
    2. Sponsor gets emailed, but is not available to approve the account straight away
    3. User cannot connect on guest until sponsor has validated the account
    4. Hours or days later sponsor approves account, however, would like the password sent to him so he can then contact the user and help him connect.
    5. The sponsor then contacts user, but needs to know username password to help the user to connect.

Is it possible to include the guest password on the approval page so they can help the user connect?

Please let me know if the above is possible and how to set it up?

    Thanks

By design the password is never available on the confirmation page, no.  In the normal setup, when the sponsor approves an email will be sent out.  That should be indpendent of timing.

Alternatively, you can use the Role Override of Extend Expiration and allow the guest on in some limited role or time, and then the sponsor is just granting them more privileges.  They would get their reciept immediately in that case.

Is it possible to do some customisation somewhere and include the password?
the reason I ask is this is for a chairty and have very old users, who require help in connecting as they will not remeber their username or password.

Is this the only option available to us?
I have used extended expiration before. Can you explain how to use the role override and how to configure that please?
