I have an iPad like device that needs to connect to the Guest network.  I have a 3400 controller with Amigopod (Clearpass) for guest access.  I am using the controller for DHCP (172.30.1.x) for guest IP's.  Is there a way for this device to wirelessly connect to our guest network and I assign a static IP?

You cannot have DHCP reservations when using the Aruba controller for DHCP.  If you use a different DHCP server you can accomplish this.
