Terms and Conditions box not enforced.

    I have a web login page for guest access that allows guest to login use a local username/password or via the buttons for social media.  This login page also has the check box to access the terms and conditions.  If logging in using a local username/password the page check to make sure the TOS box is checked, however; if click a social media button for login, the page does not verify that the TOS box is checked before allowing them to login.  Is there a way to enforce the TOS box for social logins?

    Checking in to see if there is a better way to do this since the ASE solution is 2 years old.
