    Hello,

     

    We're facing of issue with endpoint context servers (External Server) configuration with our Google Admin Console

     

    We have managed to connect on it and we fetching correctly assets (4598 Enpoints ) but no endpoint (Chromebook) is avialable in Identity / Endpoints menu.

     

    In event Viewer, we don't have error log about this Endpoint Context server. (Clearpass Sever fetch every hour all endpoints correctly, see in attached files)

    The server is able to fetch the endpoints but the devices are not updated.

    Please open a support ticket and work with TAC, this issue needs further investigation.
