    Hi,

     

    We encounter issue of the new release iOS version 13.1. We stuck in installing profile for the device entrollment stage then the install status keep on spinning then the page freeze up. Anyone encounter the same issue and fix that issue please share how. 

    I attach the screen shot of the step where we stuck of onboarding apple device running iOS ver 13.1.

    Please work with Aruba TAC to troubleshoot issues.

    Still working with Tac for this issue and submit to them a logs for anaylsis. Then told us they will also check with their team if someone encounter same issue that we got.

    Hi, Was this resolved? We are facing a similar issue with devices running this iOS version
